Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
